The new Volkswagen Polo Match is available to purchase now and is available between £11,300 and £14,485.
It has been reviewed by many automotive experts already and we take a look at what they have said.
The Volkswagen Polo Match is the latest edition to be added into the range. The car maybe a little pricey, but it represents the extra equipment that it will come with. This includes air conditioning, remote central locking, electric windows, stylish alloy wheels and electric door mirrors. There are no changes in power, handling or anything else mechanical. Overall its main appeal continues to be that of providing great comfort with elements of practicality.
The car will also be very safe by coming with stability control as well as four airbags. The new Match edition will consist of two petrol engines and just one diesel engine. The 1.4 litre petrol engine can produce around 84 BHP and perform fairly well. It can pull at a decent speed with fairly quick gear ratios considering its class. The five door version of the 1.4 is probably the pick of the whole range.
It is well suited to be driven around town, being small and very easy to drive. The car soaks up bumps well and rides smoothly across most uncomfortable road surfaces.
From our point of view, the Polo Match simply improves the already brilliant appeal of the car. The packaging will make it one of the best and most appealing super-mini cars on the market.
Can it deter customers away from the likes of the Ford Fiesta and the Toyota Yaris? It’s known to be one the largest within its particular class, with some offering strengths in different areas. We think the new Volkswagen Polo Match will attract many with its fantastic overall package.
