The new Porsche Panamera GTS is set to be released in Australia causing great excitement amongst car fans in the land down under.
It is one of the most attractive and most desired four door coupes in the world. Expert automotive magazines certainly already know that with the reviews they have been writing. The car does have it’s rivals on the Australian car market. These include the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series and the Maserati Quattroporte.

The GTS fits in-between the Porsche Panamera Turbo and the Turbo S model. The GTS has been made 10mm lower, improving the look and the performance of the car. The massive 19 inch alloy wheels stand out with sport tyres fitted around. The front bumper has wonderfully large air takes, helping the engine breathe better and helping the car’s design. The rear spoiler rises when hitting high speeds, looking marvellous and helping balance the vehicle’s weight. The twin exhaust pipes have a matt finish. This goes extremely well with the car’s Carmine Red colour.

The interior contains a great amount of equipment, as you would expect from a luxurious sports car company like Porsche. This includes audio and trip computer, electric seats, a sports steering wheel and automatic dipping mirrors. The touch screen satellite navigation system is a wonderful addition as is the quality Bose audio system. iPod’s can be inserted too. A Sound Symposer feature is also included, altering the sound that the exhaust makes. The best of the V8 can be made from this particular function. Enthusiasts would love to hear what the car is made of.
There is a great amount of space within the vehicle. The driving position has been highly commended with a clear view of the road ahead.

In just 4.5 seconds the car will hit 0 – 62 MPH. That statistic alone shows just how powerful the vehicle really is. Considering the amount of weight that the car contains, it must take an unbelievable amount of power to push the vehicle to that speed in such a short amount of time. Without fuel, an empty Porsche Panamera GTS weighs 1970kg.
PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management), Porsche’s Torque Vectoring and an active anti roll bar greatly improves the vehicle’s performance. Sports air suspension and the Sports Chrono Pack give the vehicle better handling on the road.
There’s not much not to like about the new Panamera GTS.
